Partial returns are accepted within the first 14 days if the customer is not satisfied. However, the shipping amount will not be refunded. Return shipping will be paid for by the buyer. Partial refunds will be half the price of your order. If the item is rejected and returned to us, your refund will be sent back via the way it was received. After 14 days we will not allow any returns, replacements or process any refunds. 

 

Cancellation Policy: 

If you wish to cancel your order please email me. Include the word CANCEL in the subject. I cannot guarantee I will be able to cancel before I ship the product. Once the item(s) have been created, cancellation will not be possible. The customer is liable for any shipping costs incurred by us once the items have shipped. A return can be made once item has been received and our return policy will apply. All shipping costs will be paid for by the customer and are non-refundable. Please note that refunds will be issued within a week.
